Soulistic Endeavor means taking responsibility for your healing, shedding layers and transitioning on your unique journey. Guided by compassion and curiosity, it is based on the understanding that both your individuality and your connection to others and your environment influence your physical, emotional and mental health and wellbeing. Ultimately, this is what it means to be alive: to become and heal who you are.

I teach grounding Vinyasa Yoga classes. Connecting mindful movement with breathing, deep guided meditations and relaxation, my yoga practices hold a safe, nourishing space, offering stress relief, and a return to one’s Self beyond the mat.
