Music is food for the soul. Since I got my first CD back in 1997, I have always listened to music, often for hours, everywhere. Everyone has unique preferences when it comes to healthy habits and nourishing activities. For me: a day without music - and I am out of balance. Music can contribute to healing piece by piece, tune by tune.
