Private Coaching Program
If you are looking for personal support tailored to your needs, accountability and a coach to guide you and hold space for you on your own healing journey, this is for you. With my private coaching program, you get weekly coaching sessions with me while going through the online course The Journey and a customized plan for your healing process only. While we work together, there is no pressure or need to talk specifically about what has happened in the past that has gotten you here, however, my consultations are all rooted in the principles of Trauma-Informed Care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This means that I am aware of the influences that can impact your wellbeing due to trauma as we work together and we follow a gentle approach, always holding a safe space for you.
The first phase of our coaching program holds space for your story. This embraces an in-depth review of your current and past health concerns, your medical history and your goals for working with me. Your current diet, your lifestyle, signs and symptoms will all be taken into consideration. Following this consultation, I am putting your individual personal puzzle together to develop a health plan tailored to your needs and goals. This embraces diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations, meal ideas and recipes based on our first assessment. This is the foundation of change. You will be going through the material of my online course The Journey at your own pace and we connect every week alongside of the course, discussing your individualized health plan as well as any questions that come up during your process. You will leave with knowledge and practical tips on your hands that help you understand where you’re at and empower you to make healthier and informed decisions on your healing journey. Together, we’ll figure out where you’re going and you don’t have to do it alone.
The third phase of our coaching program together serves for us to assess how you feel with the changes implemented and adjust accordingly. We will deepen your knowledge of nutrition, stress, trauma, and a holistic lifestyle. You have time and space to ask questions, talk about challenges and find solutions with me by your side.

Yoga Classes
I teach gentle Vinyasa Yoga classes guided by the principles of trauma-informed care and a compassionate curiosity. Connecting mindful movement with breathing, deep guided meditations and relaxation, my yoga practices hold a safe, nourishing space, offering stress relief, and a return to one’s Self.
